Code School

Helping Australians who are unemployed or underemployed get into web development.

Why am I volunteering to teach a free course?

I'm employed full-time in the I.T industry but have spare capacity to volunteer in upskilling Aussies into web development both because it's good to help those who are struggling as a result of the pandemic, but also because there is a tech skills shortage in Australia.

It's a win-win for people getting jobs and for the industry getting more tech workers. I also hope that other tech professionals will follow and do more volunteer teaching.
